What sort of people are you?
We are an international, diverse and often multilingual mix of people with absolutely no political or religious agenda. We welcome anyone who shares our interest and our respectful, inclusive mindset.
We are the local group of an international medieval club which has thousands of members in many countries.

Wir sind eine internationale, vielfältige und oft mehrsprachige Mischung von Menschen mit absolut keiner politischen oder religiösen Agenda. Wir heißen jeden willkommen, der unser Interesse und unsere respektvolle, inklusive Denkweise teilt.
Wir sind die Regionalgruppe eines internationalen Mittelaltervereins mit Tausender Mitglieder weltweit.
How often does Turmstadt meet?
We meet locally a few timer a month – to make stuff, fight, or just hang out. It's very casual, and you can come (or not!) as often as you like.
As well as this, several times a year we travel to our medieval events in Germany and even further afield! There's an "event" or three somewhere in Europe nearly every weekend, if you are keen!
Wie oft trifft sich Turmstadt?
Wir treffen uns lokal etwa 2 oder 3-mal in Monat – um zu basteln, kämpfen, oder einfach abhängen. Es ist sehr entspannt, und Du kannst kommen (oder nicht!) so oft Du willst.
Noch dazu fahren wir mehrmals im Jahr auf unsere Mittelaltertreffen in Deutschland oder sogar weiter weg. Es gibt fast jedes Wochenende einen "Event" irgendwo in Europa – oder zwei, oder drei – falls Du Lust hast!
How do I join a meeting for the first time?
Just get in touch by email, phone or Facebook, and we will give you the details of when and where we next meet. It might be a fighter practice, arts and handicrafts session, Stammtisch, or even a medieval event!
Wie mache ich zum ersten Mal mit?
Setzt Dich mit uns in Verbindung über Email, Telefon oder Facebook, und wir sagen Bescheid wo wir uns zunächst treffen. Es könnte ein Kampfübungstermin, Kunst-und-Handwerkstreffen, Stammtisch, oder ein Mittelalterevent sein!
What does it cost?
It’s free to play, and you don’t need any equipment to start. Of course, one day you might want to start making or buying your own medieval stuff – and you might even like to join our international organisation or the German version. But for now, just join in the fun! We'll lend you what you need.

Es ist kostenlos zu spielen, und du brauchst keine Ausrüstung um anzufangen. Vielleicht möchtest du eines Tages deine eigene Ausrüstung bauen oder kaufen – oder willst sogar Mitglied unserer internationalen Organisation oder die deutsche Dependanz werden. Aber für den Moment, komm einfach vorbei und hab Spaß! Wir leihen Dir, was Du brauchst.
